Homemade Candies Recipe

Maybe one day you don’t arrive to your happy shop before closing time, or your just can’t wait for your happy delivery. Or maybe you want to play with your kids at home. So, today we’ll share some secrets from our happy masters, so you can prepare homemade candy.

You’ll need a bit of agar-agar (a jelly-like substance, obtained from algae), then some oranges, tangerines, bananas or peaches (in fruit or in juice), sugar or honey, and finally silicone moulds or ice trays.

Add in a pot the ground fruits or juice, some sugar or honey, and the agar-agar. Simmer for 3-4 minutes while stirring so that the jelly-like agar is totally dissolved. Fill in the mould or ice tray and let it chill for an hour in the refrigerator. After that time, you will get homemade candies which won’t be that different from our own—except for some little secrets.
